How do I get my iPod Touch backup onto a different iPod Touch?

Basically, I need to copy everything on my current iPod Touch and put it all on a different iPod Touch.

In detail, please explain the steps on how to do this, iTunes can be very finicky and I really don’t want to accidentally lose any/all of my data.

You can use this tool to copy songs, videos, photos, playlists, podcasts and more from your iPod back to computer. Thus you can sync them to another iPod touch

With your current iPod touch plugged in. Right click on the device name and click “backup”. Rename the backup to something clever so you know to restore to that backup with your new device. Again, right click on your device name, but this time click “transfer purchases”. All of your apps and purchased music/movies should be transferred to iTunes. If there is additional content on your iPod that is non-existant in your iTunes library (i.e. a song that you synced to your iPod but later deleted from iTunes library), you will need to use third-party software, some of which has already been mentioned.

    Hope this helped. :)
